Now,
Come To The point
Today, I gonna tell
You aircel working Tcp vpn trick.
First Of all,
Download Droid vpn From google play.
If you already have, its ok.
If you don't have droid vpn then download and signup
and then log in.
NOW,
Come to the trick
Open droid vpn
Open its setting
Connection Protocol- Connect using TCP
Proxy setting-
Click ON Enable
then put this proxy-
Proxy- 172.17.83.69
Port - 8080
ok.
now,
Click on HTTP headers
Host: zero.wikipedia.org
X-Online-Host: zero.wikipedia.org
ok.
Now connect with any free server.
If not connected try connecting 3-4 times.
Connected
Enjoy.
NOTE:- for Bihar users. this trick stopped working but
with above setting try connecting everyday  especially at night.
it works.
